What is Crawford REALLY up to?

Is their equipment old? What about multicasting? Why is digital
IBOC radio the thing that may be the only thing that saves radio?

If you wanna deal with the stuff the engineers are doing, read the
articles above. Fascinating. (And if Soul or Power sound too
nasty, now you know who to contact and a face as well!). If nothing else,
read the first article from the company CE, and then the local Chicago
updates.

I don't know what's going on at other stations owned by Crawford, but I noticed this morning while driving by their Hammond studios that it looks like they're doing some remodeling. Doorways that used to have lots of boxes by them are out of the way, trimming ripped off the wall and looks like carpeting might be ripped off the floors as well. I wonder if they're making changes in the place in general, including getting new equipment for their place. I wouldn't be surprised if much of their equipment is old, especially the WPWX studio equipment.

<font color=3333ff>They might be doing some other interior work, but if I remember right, they already made a new studio for Power and been in it for a while.
