A couple years ago, Radio One hired Bruce Demp as Market Manager of Atlanta and put him over GM Wayne Brown, who had the Market Manager job. Demp has been making big changes since then.
As far as Promotions Manager, I think Lori Hall, who had already been with Radio One here, just took over the resposibilities for Hot.
As far as PD, Demp has been determined to make Hot 107-9 more competitive with V-103, something I'm not sure is possible given signal and other factors. Steve Hegwood, Hot's first PD and since then owner of his own station group that went bankrupt, was brought down from Washington as head of programming for the cluster.
From what I've been told, Hegwood is not too happy to be here. He rejoined Radio One with the job of PD of WKYS in DC and overall responsibility for Atlanta (Jerry B reported to him). But then Radio One hired Barry Mayo, himself a programming guru, as President, and then hired Jay Stevens from WPGC to be Senior VP of Programming, which was the job that Hegwood had been eyeing. There wasn't room for both Stevens and Hegwood in DC, so Hegwood was given the Atlanta job.
