What is going on at Party?

Sometime after 4pm 101.5 had dead air, I noticed it came back around 6, since then its been a non-stop mix, with a dance remix of "California Love" by Dre & 2pac being played a couple times. Anyone know what is going on?
 
That same stuff used to happen on 87.7 many times. Dead air for hours. Most likely an STL outage.

Party 101.5 is legally supposed to receive Party 105.3 over the air, so this sort of stuff shouldn't ever happen. Translators aren't allowed to originate programming either.

I'm pretty sure 105.3 had the same programming as the online feed was the same thing being broadcast over 101.5, so it was likely just some technical issue.
