What is going on with IHeart's RDS?

Recently me and my friends have noticed something off with the RDS on multiple stations, at random the RDS will randomly change to a different station's RDS.

Examples I've seen so far are as follows:
99.9 WCHD - "The Bay's #1 Hit Music Station" + "100.1 The Beat"
105.3 WDAS - "Mobile's Inspiration Station"
105.9 WHCN - "More Music, More Variety" + "Pop! 101.9"
92.1 WHBT - "We Play Anything"
100.9 WRNX - "#1 For New Country" (WFUS's default) + "Kiss 95.9 Song / Artist"
101.1 KHYL - "Tulsa's Party Station"
95.7 WKSS - "Rock 94.1 97.9 105.9" + "The Valley's Adult Alternative"
97.9 WUCS - "Alt 97.5"

The first time this was spotted was on the 17th with WHBT, this became more common over the past couple days.

This seems to happen at random and never lasts long, between 2 seconds and 3 minutes from what I've heard. When this does happen, it seems to be a random station each time, as I have multiple examples of 95.7 WKSS (Attached below)

Does anyone know what could be happening here?

I've also attached a SDR recording of the RDS switching over to this at random

Sound+ or cloud automation mixup? Now I'm curious which service sends text data to the RDS encoders?
 
WRNX also flashed with a Spanish Andijar and Levine ad in their RDS once for like 3 seconds but there wasn’t a station after
 
I’ve also noticed KHYL show “Dayton’s New Country” on their RT last week but I wasn’t able to get a picture of it
 
I've seen the HD2 subchannel title show up on the main channel on a non-HD radio. Here's a pic I took one day of the WLOQ branding from 107.7HD2 in Orlando while listening to 107.7

Check out this oddity I had last night on my little tabletop Insignia radio. Tuning into iHeart's XL1067 (WXXL) the radio was showing the calls for Audacy's WOMX, which is down the dial on 105.1IMG_9585.jpeg
