What is going on with Sunny 95 and their sound?

Yesterday I turned it on Sunny 95 and it kept getting louder and then softer every like 10-15 seconds. I turned it on again today, and it's doing the same thing. I had a song on and was startled when all the sudden it got louder and then got softer. It sounds like something is loosely connected. I figured it would have been fixed by now, but maybe they're doing like 93.3, and waiting 3 weeks lol
 
I was driving though there a few weeks ago and noticed that their HD and FM signals have very different levels set. I sent a message to their engineer. If it's set up like how it was 5 years ago, they're riding these levels manually and aren't using something like a Justin 808 to manage it automatically.
