As of about two weeks ago, KAWV is off the air. They have been running at very low power (about 100 watts) for about a year, and the plug was pulled by the owners of KFMN in Lihue, where the KAWV studios were located. Not much of a studio, however, as it was a single computer and a mackie mixer and one microphone running into an unlicensed STL.
The street says it is for sale.

About 3/4 of the antenna elements were disconnected at that time. The place is in serious need of repair.<P ID="edit"><FONT class="small">
