What is KTKR's 7 2 4 Promo?

I heard it yesterday. Something about an announcement on Friday at 7:24 am that has to deal with 7, 2, and 4. What is this about???
 
My guess is they're adding a show at 2:00, and moving Taylor to 4:00. So they'll have local shows at 7, 2 & 4. Probably Sports Grind moving to the 2:00-4:00 slot.

At some point they will have to name a permanent sidekick for Andy Everett too. Anyone will be an upgrade over that buffoon Peter Burns.

I thought the SPorts Grind was a brokered show. I doubt they would let those guys buy into middays.
