WHAT IS MOXIE ON 26.6 & 32.6

This movie channel did have the Prism logo on the bottom right. Now there is a MOXIE
(which appears to be a take on Movie) logo on the bottom left. I found nothing on the
internet about it. Did they just change names? Isn't this just a SEEN LOCALLY channel
anyway?
 
Still not sure what this is. The movies seem to be C grade with very poor acting. They
remind me of 70s porn without the sex.
