What is RNN doing with KFWD 52.4?

While surfing the channels yesterday I came across a “Coming Soon” loop on KFWD 52.4 with an email contact at RNN. Any idea what’s about to happen with that subchannel, if anything? It’d be nice to have a real regional news network, but why wouldn’t that go out on 52.1 instead of the insufferable 24/7 infomercials?
