I've never heard this station yet heard tidbits about it. Is this station even on the air? Why is there no internet stream?

Yes, the station is on the air.

As for your last question, you'll have to call Cherry Creek Radio in Denver. They do not have a web site for the station since the move from Imperial Valley.

I did hear this station when I was in San Diego on April 10th. It was pretty weak in Escondido, but with a somewhat moderate signal in Downtown.

I thought the station sounded a bit large-market and sounded decent because of the presentation. Too bad they were never successful with the move. IMO, Cherry Creek should've let the professionals do it (CBS or Lincoln Financial (oh wait... based on the sound of Star 94 Atlanta, never mind!)).
