I'm from NY so I'm not familiar with the Fairfield ratings, but I'd be shocked if WFOX really does well. In some markets, it would be considered "classic hits" instead of "classic rock" and the playlist is painfully tight.

Not sure how much of an impact they are in market 1... Technically, the "greater" NYC market ends at the FFLD/NH county line, so they could show.
Bridgeport, New Haven, and Danbury are still "book" markets, and will most likely remain so for the near future.
Regardless, I don't think The Fox will flip. They've still got the best classic rock signal in southwest CT, west of Norwalk. 99.1 gets killed in Stamford/Greenwich, and 95.1 has always seemed marginal down in that neck of the woods, at least on my stock 2000 Ford F150 tuner.
get a Sangean HD tuner. You might be amazed how good it is. For portable I would suggest the Insignia Tuner only the original model not the new one. The new one is horrible.WPPCProductions said:I never have luck picking up WFOX due to Kiss 95.7 spash over.
