What is the Newsy Channel?

Cincinnati Bell Fioptics cable has a channel called Newsy. There's very little information about it on the Internet and I have never seen any discussion on any forum or discussion I participate in about it. Where is it based out of and how long has it been around? Obviously no complaints about its stance on any topic. Do any of you know about it or watch it?

It's owned by EW Scripps. Pretty low-cost operation. They don't do original reporting. Mainly re-writes of national stories they pull off the internet. Sort of an internet site that's been bumped up to the big time. Don't think it's available in HD, which is fine since most of the video seems low rez.

According to the Wikipedia article on Newsy, it’s available on cable in 720p, and up to 1080p on streaming. I can personally verify this because I have it in L.A. on Spectrum channel 224 in HD.

EDIT: I just noticed that this is my 500th post here on RD.

Joey1986 is right and no, its not re-written ripped off scripts, Newsy actually has reporters for its operations. You may not see them as much as you expect from a typical news organization but if you keep watching the channel, you'll see that. The channel is MUCH MUCH different today from when it first launched on TV.
