What is the problem with Beasley taking over KDWN?

Tonight was to be the final Wake UP America program with Mark Edwards on KDWN ,but now he says a snag has developed with the take over and he was asked to stay on all week. Could this just be a technical snag before KDWN moves. Or could Beasley have had something come up in the financial end of the transaction and needs new financing. Or after FCC approval could they be trying to back out of sale
