What is the River's format?

What exactly is the format of WRVE the River? I know it's "officially" Hot AC, but they play a lot more '70s music than most Hot ACs, which play few if any songs pre-1980. The other day when I was listening they played three '70s songs in a row. It sounded more like an Oldies station.

I've usually heard them referred to as Rock AC. Hot AC would be more along the lines of WFLY, wouldn't it?
