I remember that the tower and tranny was originally KQV FM
abc radio made the donation of the mt washington property..so wdve went to the KDKA-TV tower. how much of the 6 million is the value of the tower and property? wqex a tv station sold for $3 million( leasing tower space). 50% of the value 60% of the value? 660 a daytimer( without a tower sold for $240,000. any thoughts?
 
I think DUQ sold the tower to CSX (railroad) many years ago for 75 K and they now lease space on said tower.
 
The DUQ tower is now owned by American Tower, according to the ASRN record at fcc.gov.
