Probably one of a few pirates on Long Island. There's another one...Middle Island Radio (WMIR) with a pretty good signal in Central Suffolk on 100.9. Around Islandia, I also used to get a pirate on 93.1 (under Amor 93.1 from NYC) which was rebroadcasting some business talk station.
