What is up with KCTO Kansas City?

From what I can tell by tuning in, KCTO and it's FM translators in the KC metro are dead air right now and have been dead air since at least yesterday. This isn't the first time they played dead air for a long time, I've heard it go quiet for a day or two before.
LOL do you think Radio Maria Espanol, who provides the programming, can't keep their audio on, or is it a problem with KCTO not having anybody to fix themselves because of COVID-19?
Currently, on 99.3 it's dead air, but I can hear their sister station KCXL in the background with loud humming as if the compression KCTO is using turned up the volume too high, and KCXL is audible on KCTO for some reason.

I'll send this to KCXL, since KCTO doesn't have a website, and maybe KCXL can get KCTO together.

They fixed KCTO. But it's audio quality isn't the greatest, sounds like a low quality Internet stream and I can hear KCXL's programming in the background.
