What KFI lost when it lost Chris Little

Former KFI News Director Chris Little is doing a podcast, The Death of News---about conversational news writing. It's brilliant, and in the latest episode, he tells some truths about iHeart's 24-7 News operation:

Thank you for sharing this.

KFI seems to be recovering, but they really are still a shell of themselves.

One caveat : Michael Monks is a good reporter, but I'm getting a little tired of him being constantly showcased on all of the shows. Don't get me wrong, he's really good, but just seems to be too much lately. He's trying really hard, but he is no Steve Gregory.

Holy smokes! I haven't heard anyone else talk about Mervin Block -- and, of course, Chris Little would be a fan of his. Great books. I live and die by 'em for sharp writing, even outside of news.

I downloaded the episodes through my Android podcast app, Podcast Republic.
Thanks, but what I prefer are MP3s downloadable to a computer so they can be exported to non-connected devices like portable music players. I believe smartphone apps like that allow downloading only to their own internal on-device storage, which prevents using other playback devices. (?)

You find the subdirectory where the mp3 files are located and transfer to your PC or Mac.
