What radio needs - PERSONALITY

It is so surprising as you tune around the dial, so many stations are all about music music music but there are no jocks or personalities worth listening to. I think in the day if IPODS, streaming, and satellite, we need personality back on radio. I will tell you the reason I listen to the radio I listen to is because of the personality. Whether its a music driven show or a talk show, it is all about personality. I think until radio companies realize this, radio is doomed on both fm and am. Why would a listener tune into a station playing non stop music if they can get the same music on satellite or their IPOD. Hmmmm
