Not exactly. CC has been doing something called "Fabulous" Radio for years..basically wrapping standards and such in a Vegas/RatPack motif. They are currently running it in the LA/SD market on XTRA/690. Because of a deal with a Mexican company, ther are looking for a place to reset "Fabulous/The Lounge" late in the year I hear.
