Sell to HSN so HSN2 van be live Channel then and build it it's own building in Florida maybe Orlando and keep the one in Minnesota for a new Shopping Channel called again Shop at Home TV.
NBC has about 30% of indirect control of the channel (NBCUni owns about 30% of the company that owns and operates ShopNBC), so chances are, nothing will happen to ShopNBC.
That's what I've been wondering. Heck, it boggles my mind that there are still over-the-air shopping channels. You'd think going cable-only would be more cost-effective.
There are probably more people who give money to TV shopping networks just as there are those that choose to give their money to religious broadcasters.
