I know that Ralph Lawler, who's with the team still to this day, was the team's primary play-by-play voice (both radio and TV) during those days in San Diego. As far as what stations carried Clipper games on local TV, if you were believe Wikipedia, XETV and KFMB traded-off coverage in the six years the team was located there. Certainly, compared to what it is today, TV coverage was rather sparse, maybe 15-20 games on TV a year (and nearly all of them were road games).
