What Station in Portland is making a splash?

I listen to radio in Portland and I am trying to figure out who is making the biggest splash with the community. In Your opinion who is making the biggest difference?

On a side note...what is up with JAB programming....those stupid liners that run during someone else's shows and show the glaring, we can't sell any advertising, holes. It's as if it's the liner show all the time. Great liners great fun WJAB.

I like some of the people on the station but come up with some advertising or get some new liners or do something it's getting stale.

Just my side note. Thanks for letting me vent.
