I was driving down I-5 in Fresno County about a couple months back at about 4 AM and I was hearing some killer old school jams in the mix on 88.1/88.5 can't remember which....What station is it? And what city are they licensed to? Also, is this normal programming, and if so, do they stream..

It's probably KFCF 88.1 in Fresno. They simulcast with KPFA in Berkeley most of the time. 88.5 is K-LOVE.

You will find KFCF at KFCF.org or KPFA.org. The station is block formated Non-commerical.
