What Stations In the Market Broker Time?

CC's AM stations broker a lot. On 740 sports you'll hear a lot of individual shows on Sunday morning (motor cycling, racing, Florida News Network). They also broker in the 6-8/9pm timeslot. On 740 and 540 you'll hear the infomercials for herbal remedies off and on all weekend.

WDBO ... lots of Saturday/Sunday brokering - garden rebel, lawyer talk, and so on.

We have limited brokered time available on WLBE 790 in Leesburg for very competitive rates. Large signal, senior listeners, and we have one or two daytime weekday slots available. Contact me for info and to discuss if your show fits our station.

And what is the average cost per hour? Info from anyone in the biz would be greatly appreciated.

I'm working on getting something done at WFLF right now, and the rates are pretty high, but then again it's CC AM on 540 and 104.5 on the FM side.

Somewhere around $800-1000 per hour if I had to guess. Huge signal AM with low power FM.

I wonder if any of them air Brother Scare or the Mexican Hora Nacional. I'm sure there are Mexicans living in Central Florida, so if it is, they're right at home.
