What stations should change format from Sarasota to Punta Gorda?

This board mostly concentrates on stations in tampa and to the north or Ft.Myers and to the south. Sarasota and Charlotte counties kinda get left out of the mix. So, my question for the board is: What stations (Both AM & FM should keep current format and what stations should change, and to what format?)

WLSS
WTMY
WSRQ
WENG and 107.5 FM
WSRZ (And the rest of the sarasota clear channel cluster)
WKII (And the rest of the punta gorda/port charlotte clear channel cluster)
 
I can only speak about one of the Punta Gorda/Charlotte County Clear Channel stations. A format change, alone, will not help WKII-AM. It needs "local" talent that knows what they are doing and that gives a damn. They also need new ownership. Don't hold your breath.
