What stations should get a second chance?

So what stations do you think should come back on the air that you miss?

My choice

93.9 FM Back to country
105.1 FM Back to Classical
100.3 FM Back to the Beat
104.3 FM Old format but more like WKTU in New York
103.1FM Back to Indie

What are your choices?

The Beat should come back but play gold hip hop hits and go against KPWR like back in the day.

I'd really love to see FM Talk and Indie get second chances....

104.3 back to KBIG and 93.9 back to Movin

KBIG and Movin were sounding good in 2006 when I moved back. That was a good year in radio. So many choices and enough for everybody.

I actually miss Star 98.7 Modern AC days. The only staton I think comes close to it is Sophie 103.7 in San Diego. I miss my HD receiver in my old car. Thank god for the radio.com app on my iphone.

It would be nice to get the Beat back on 92.3. If KACE was still around it would probally sound decent since some hispanics do like r&b oldies. No Tom Joyner in the morning even though his show is way better than Steve Harvey.

I agree on early to mid 80's KRTH. I'd like to bring back KWOW circa 1978, Magic Oldies from Pomona. Obscure oldies of the 60's. Voicetracking by big LA jocks.

Might as well add KOST to the list from the 90's and early 2000's. And the Wave I dont care what anybody says Smooth Jazz will always have it's place in Los Angeles.

A good example of how much Hispanics like r&b oldies is KMJC in Houston...

It averages 92% Black audience (AQH)... the rest is Other and Hispanic.

Kiss of death in LA...

Indie deserves a second chance IMO, but put it on a stronger signal so more people can hear it.
