What the heck is he saying?

Please help me out. I punch in to either 102.5, 94.5 or 104.7 each morning. I've been hearing Frazier in this week for Merkel and a couple of times he's said something to the effect of "God is with you and so am I". Does anybody know what he's saying? It's very hard to listen to him (don't listen to 3ws in the afternoon because he talks under his breath so much.). But, when I do hear him, he's always talking in and out. (so low you can't hear and then so loud it's abrupt).

I'd really like to know what the whole God saying is about.
