What the heck is wrong with CPTV?

On their analog 24 signal or digital from Bridgeport or Norwich?
 
Most likely the link between CPTV and the CATV head-end or possibly (but unlikely) the feed from the CATV head-end.
 
Sounds like it was the feed going to the CATV and Sat services having issues, I wish I could have seen the OTA signal when this was happening
