What the heck?

Anyone else catch the oddities in the 2 AM Fox News Radio newscast this morning? Steve Guggenheim was about four or five seconds late getting to the microphone in the first segment, then in the second segment it sounded like two newscasts were chopped up and sloppily edited together. I'll maintain that it wasn't satellite issues... there weren't the telltale artifacts or static. It also wasn't that Guggenheim had stopped and started over... there was even a bit of fading between the chopped segments.

Any ideas as to what on earth was going on?
