They were doing well (enough) and now the morning show is tanking harder than a lead ballon. Mullroney (spelling) only cares about his comedy, which is old and very dated, mike just laughs at anything. You can tell mid days is tracked. Afternoons and nights suck harder than a pornstar thats needs a crack fix. A reconstruction is needed ASAP!! or mornings just ruins my whole listening day.
 
The new morning model at ABC is to

Get a stand up comic
pair him with an existing talent
pray that it works

Mulrooney is too old for the Edge format to be relevant to most of the audience. Van Zant is a better fit at 590-at least it is a format that fits his age and personality. Mulrooney schilling Halestorm is just - - creepy at best and Mike the Enforcer playing the part of giggling sidekick is just wrong. Take a lesson from Jason Keller, less really is more.
