What to do when economy gets better ...

... How about, the next time the economy is good, don't act like it's going to last forever, and while taking advantage of a good economy, plan and prepare for the next downturn which will eventually come. If our National security was run like some now troubled businesses, radio obviously included, we'd be in deep "doo-doo".
 
Sorry, firefighting is in.

You can run operations cleanly and nobody notices.

You can save the day from problems that shouldn't have happened in the first place, and you get promoted.

I've been dramatic, I've been efficient. Dramatic is better.
