What to do with 107.9?

Okay I know it's only 12+ and that doesn't tell the whole story but the latest numbers for "The Link" do not look good.

So given you had to keep the format as it is, what changes would you make if any to boost ratings?

Something seems to be way off here. They have good people and the right idea but somehow it's not coming together.

I was always told by a PD I have a lot of respect for to talk about what the listeners are talking about. Is The Link failing to do that?

All I know is that the station needs to create some serious BUZZ in the market, get people talking and make them feel like if they turn off the radio they'll be missing something fantastic!

probably the best thing to do would be to sit back and watch it print cash. Being joined at the hip with the 85 year old heritage talker that dominates market billing just isn't a bad thing. Why meddle with a moneymaker?

Forget 12 plus numbers.

I hear they took a beating in their key 25-54 demo. Like from 3rd to 9th??
