What was this station? (Clark Howard heard on AM)

A couple days ago, I was going north on I-215 somewhere between Murietta and Moreno Valley, CA (probably somewhere near Perris, I think). If I remember correctly, it was around 7 something or 8 something PM. I heard Clark Howard on 1230 AM. Any idea which station that might have been? Reception was OK, with a little bit of mild co-channel interference. ;)

I also got a fairly clear ID from KXO (El Centro, CA) during a weather report at about the same time, on the same channel. KXO runs an oldies format, so it wouldn't have been the C. Howard station.
