WHAT?? WILD IS BACK? WELL SORT OF!!

Speaking of WILD, I just happened to scan by 1090 yesterday when that oddity, "Music Safari" was on, and the song they were playing at the time was an "urban" tune. It almost seemed like it the real WILD had returned.
 
It's a national convention and they have urban stations all over who's listeners probably want to hear what's going on there.

So it's not that odd.

That said, it's still a shame they killed that station.
 
I was down there today at the Urban League convention. Warren Ballentine's booth sat next to Touch FM's booth. (What a coincident) Charles Clemons wants to pick up Warren and Sharpton's shows once they get the money. There was also a booth for Jamn 945 but never showed up. He's droppin Tom Joyner, keep Touch In the Morning, but wants Warren and Sharpton. On 100 watts of low power FM?! ??? I DON'T KNOW!!!
