What will OKC Radio look like this time next year?

This topic has been debated countless times here...With the state of our economy, I wonder what radio in OKC will look like in general..especially on the AM side.
Will WKY ditch LaIndomoble for a fourth format change in as many years...and will KOKC finally give up the fight when it comes to beating KTOK?

Locally OKC is doing pretty well. Problem is the stations are owned
by people out of town who have debt service up their ears so the
cost cutting is being done across the board.

There was an instance where Citadel let a AM in Penn. go dark because
the transmitter repairs we're too costly - not a good sign for the AM's.

I wouldnt worry so much about the format for these AM's as I would
"will the band still be occupied" a year from now.

You pose a good question Val - I will be interested to see what else is
posted in this thread.
