What Would Happen If

What would happen if a new owner operator came into Cincinnati with deep pockets and a sincere heart for radio and said the following to you:

I want to hire you to run my radio station with the following stipulations:

1. money (within reason) is no issue
2. to hell with conventional radio wisdom
3. hire whoever you choose
4. make it as fun and creative as you so desire
5. make it profitable within 3 years.

Now...what are you going to do?
 
Last I heard, you were on the sales side of radio, Jeff. Had enough of the dark side? ;)

One word...personality. It costs money and is profitable when done right. Believe it or not, I would bring some names in that have been here in the past, but would surprise you since they aren't your Bill Whyte's or Gary Burbanks...but they did and would do well again. They'd turn a profit, and that's the trick question here right? Not be number one. Just turn profit.

the only question now is when do we start?
