What would your ideal Urban AC will play?

I remember the neo-soul of the early part of this century -- India.Arie, Joe, etc. Is contemporary music in that style still being recorded and played on Urban AC radio today, or does the format have more of a hip-hop lean today? No local urban AC or hip-hop station up here in eastern Vermont, so I'm in the dark about the current state of the format.

Urban AC KJLH LA plays new records by those artists who were big around the time this century rolled around. BTW check out this new artist Gabriel Jacoby, he has this song called “Baby”. It’s getting spins on KJLH. I like it and you’ll like it too.
