Looks like he's doing just fine:

Wegmann adds Radio One DC duties.

Eighteen months after joining the company to manage its St. Louis and Dallas clusters, Chris Wegmann has added VP/GM responsibilities for Radio One’s five Washington, DC stations. The company also names appoints Alan Leinwand director sales for the cluster, one of three that Radio One said posted declines in the second quarter.
