It was Julie Golden, the weather reporter before Dave Price, who was arrested for DWI.

Usually this would have never made news...you'd see a reporter just "disappear" and that's that, but in her case, she was one of the FIRST people caught as Mayor Giuliani initiated a crackdown on drunk drivers by seizing their vehicles after failing their sobriety test. If I remember correctly, Julie claimed she rented her vehicle.

But after that her career just SANK. I have no idea WHERE she is now.

Julie Golden was the best. I had a mad crush on her back in the day. Hey I left the East End of LI due to my own personal insanity.
Julie ended up working for(or starting) a production company in Boca Raton Florida. I got to meet her in the late 90's(I dare not tell her that I used to have mad crush, perhaps I should have ???)
Alas she has once again vanished. Perhaps she married a Palm Beach Heir, there are a few(i know a guy who married a dictator's daughter)
