WHATEVER HAPPENED TO JAY of "JAY'S RECORD RANCH"?

One of WCMF's sponsor's (actually my account) in 1970-71 (which was odd since he only sold 45-rpm singles). Jay's Record Ranch was an institution in Rochester in the 60's, operating out of (I think) 17 North Clinton Avenue, a slender storefront there, where he sold gazillions of 45's. He was quite a character. Anyone know where he went next, and afterwards?
