Whatever happened to Rebbeca Carlson Fields on KZIA

Shes been gone for almost two years... I think she took a job outside of radio, or something I cant remember what they said she was doing.

She left for several reasons that I won't go into. Her husband works for a TV station in Chicago where they live now.

I saw your post and I thought I would reply. I haven't been at KZIA for a little over a year now. There are lots of reason why I left the station, and I learned that people are hard to please and never satisfied. My husband and I now live in Chicago and we are expecting our first child in the spring. Life couldn't be better.

Thanks for the update. I saw your name on the message board this morning and looked to see where you might have posted.

KZIA just hired a new S&S morning producer (or just announced her to be more correct.) We will see if she has the spirit that you had. The morning show is in search of a stronger identity -- its hard to relate 40+ year old male announcers to the younger mostly female demographics--then again the ratings are strong. Just seems strange.
