Whatever happened to WSTC?

I worked there for a spell during the mid 80s in their Chase Broadcasting era. Last I read(a few years back) was someone had taken them over and was doing a contemporary music format with DJs and then discovered it didn't work.

Are they still on the air? Are the call letters the same?

Last I heard, it was owned by and relaying WSHU. It was donated to them a few years back along with WNLK. They managed to dump WNLK to some Catholic outfit. I'm sure they'd be happy to sell off WSTC to some poor sap with a "live and local full service hometown radio" fantasy, or another religious or ethnic broadcaster.
