What's "CBS Radio Networks, Channel 44"?

This morning, I heard this audio on KTLK-AM in Los Angeles. It was a loop of a test pattern repeatedly interrupted by a voiceover saying, "CBS Radio Networks, Channel 44."

This was heard during a break on the Stephanie Miller Show, whose flagship is KTLK. Did her show move to Westwood One? ::)
 
It is the channel that was used on Sunday for the Sunday NFL Football broadcast on Westwood One.
