What's going on 98.9 and 96.5

This morning The Stephanie Miller show was playing on 98.9 and Rush Limbaugh was on 96.5. Anyone know what's going on with that?

Okay. Listened a little longer. 96.5 is a simulcast of KGMI 790 AM and 98.9 is running a simulcast of KBAI 930 AM. Both Bellingham stations.

It's far enough out of the Seattle contour that the translators don't interfere with the predicted coverage for KVRQ or KJAQ.
