Yeah I know this is a radio board, but I'm a mixed media guy...(TV AND Radio man...)
There's been a LOT of problems with WISE's on air product...signal lockup and going to black; low power; just looking crappy. Granite/Malara sold the old WISE studios on West State to unload the tower to ERS (that was in the Fort Wayne Journal Gazette) but I don't think they were scheduled to move WISE's transmitter(s) to Butler Rd. just yet.
Since nobody in this town that's a TV engineer talks to me I don't have a clue what they're up to out there. (All the staff I knew at WANE left so I'd ask them...)
Any clues???
