What's going on in Reno?

It seems Reno has been quiet lately. What's going on out there? What station stands out? NextMedia sold, I know that. What station sounds good? Just striking conversation for Reno.
 
Most all of the Reno stations sound pathetic accept for the mainstays KOH & KRNO. Reno is in a sad state as far as radio goes.

And even those would sound horrible if it wasn't for syndication and nothing but Christmas music.

Last time I was in town KDOT sounded pretty rad. Jave does a good job with that station. Think they also began streaming not too long ago at www.kdot.com Give it a listen.

The Dot does sound good. Streaming seems to be making a comeback. There are a lot of stations getting around the web now, and covering the commercials. Both Wilks and Citadel will be streaming in early 06 nationwide.
 
Shall we have some examples as to why Reno Radio is in such a horrible state currently? I'm not exactly a fan of the Reno scene however I admit a little irritation when it comes to people throwing a blanket statement of "everything sucks" around.
