The last few days it looks like thier power went down or something...graphics and commercials flcikering, color issues as well. It looks like its a power drainage or something.

They have had these problems in the past, with outages lasting 24 or more hours. TWC was OK here in Cobb County, GA (where TWC's studios are). It sounds like to me you have an issue with your cable company.
