What's going on with 101.1FM in Little Rock?

I don't think Flinn is part of Equity Broadcasting, though they may be run with similar incompetency. The FCC filing for 101.1 indicates it got booted off its tower and expects to be back on-air shortly from a new location.

Long story short, Flinn owns 101.1 and Equity LMA'd it. Emphasis on the past tense. The time came for Equity to pay up. They didn't, so Flinn just took it dark for the time being until they can find another LMA partner or take it over themselves.

Aside from this particular situation (and maybe one or two other LMAs somewhere) Flinn and Equity are not connected at all.
 
It's certainly a good possibility that he'll LMA 101.1 to EMF, just like he is with KWLR 96.9. However, there's also a rumor that Flinn will just sell 101.1. Of course, he'll have a tough time getting a buyer in this climate, but 101.1 would make a nice addition for someone who buys Citadel's spinoffs and/or Clear Channel's excess currently in the Aloha Trust.
