What's going on with Binnie?

No Traci and Paul syndication yet, and now, as reported on the New England TV board, newscasts have been dropped on WBIN TV in favor of more syndie programs, after a good year of press talking up this news network he intends to put together.

What's changed?

I think Binnie is gearing up for a run for some sort of political office in 2014. But before the year is out, he will be selling off some of the nassau stations you watch. I was laughed at when I asked about the Wolf in Lebanon up for sale but just wait and see, your gonna see them start selling off some of the radio stations too.

The news product on TV was dropped due to a quality drop off from the company they were partnered with in iowa that provided the set, the anchor, weather and back end production. The company (Stratus) is moving their focus away from local news providership.

None of the radio stations are going to be sold in the near future. The only sale that is forthcoming is WYCN-TV, sold to Michael Dell's OTA, which will close this month.

Traci and Paul...from what I hear, start on the GRANKS (99.1 and 106.3) on the 13th (right after Mother's Day).

But they were suppose to start three months ago, too.

Binnie is all Press release. All hat no cattle.

I've listened. And is it just me being old fashioned in thinking that if you have a big change to your station (addinga Morning Show) starting on the 13th,wouldn't you be promoting it..now?

No announcements.

I hope not. Shaheen's NH US Senate Seat is up then (2014) and I want her LONG GONE...but BINNIE is not the answer. $$$ by themselves do not win elections in NH

WWWWOOOOOWWWWZZZZEEERRRR!!!!

This whole "Traci & Paul" ramp up is such a joke, even the hens in the barn are now playing a DRINKING GAME around all this, and they've gotten PLASTERED because of it!!!

Here's how it goes --- For every time you see someone on these boards say that T&P are starting on (pick a date), YOU TAKE A SHOT! For every time you see their commercial on WBIN where they say "COMING SOON", you take two shots. (Believe me, you need shots after watching that "masterpiece")!

WINNER WINNER CHICKEN DINNER! Lets face it, my barnyard animals won't be hearing T&P syndication anytime soon --- this is a JOKE! As Cousin Jeb said to his wife, Cousin Petulla, "Golly, it's taking them longer to get this show started than it did for Uncle Malcolm to get his drivers license at the age of 44". IT SURE IS!!!

Here's my prediction...and my dog Rufus agrees with me...Syndication DOESN'T happen. As said above, they'd be promoting it right now if it was 5/13. The WOOF in Lebanon will be sold...and T&P will be on one station...the WOOF in Concord!

There you go...straight from a farmers mouth...

WWWWWOOOOWWWWWZZZZEEEERRRR!!!

From what I've heard from people within, TP will be going syndicated on The Franks starting this Monday and will continue on The Wolf in West Leb. Also any reports of the Wolf in West Leb being sold is 100% false.

106.3 Frank Fm has it posted on their Facebook page..."Coming Monday the 13th, Mornings won't be the same."
I wish the Paul & Tracey show the best of luck with their syndication.

Yawn.......

Their success has been with country,in the Upper Valley. Why not syndicate on the Belmont-Concord "WOLF"?

With the Franks...what happens to the music in the morning,or wil it be a "talk" show like CC's The morning Buzz?

I guess it depends how good they are, or how good management feels they are. If they think they can handle being all talk, I can see them going that route. If they aren't, then they'll likely fill with music.

ll...I forgot to listen. Did anyone? Traci&Paul?

Did they play both Country and Classic Hits? I'll try and listen tomorrow. Curious to see what they did with the music...
